About LLMC's 54th Eid al-Etihad Celebration

 About The Mod

This is a Fabric mod created for the purpose of celebrating this prosperous occasion of Eid al-Etihad (formerly UAE National Day) as the 54th Edition this year. This mod adds the various items to celebrate this prosperous occasion. Items include LLMC's UAE-Themed Armor, that has Helmet, Leggings and Boots as Green Color, and the Chestplate with Green, White and Black Colors. Comes next some of the food items ate at Eid al-Etihad which are Maamoul and Harees, I've added two variants of Harees, one with chicken and another one with lamb. Then the flag and paintings, you can hold the UAE Flag in hand, it won't perform any functions though, then we have our paintings specially crafted for Eid al-Etihad, one painting's of the UAE Flag, another one that says مرحباً in Arabic (which means Hello), another one that says عيد الاتحاد in Arabic (which means Eid al-Etihad). Let's now dive deep into this mod.

About All Added Elements

UAE-Themed Armor Set

The UAE-themed armor set consists of the leggings, boots, and helmet which are green in color, and a chestplate that consists of all the UAE flag colors. The texture when held in the hand is an outdated texture, so sorry for that! Now, find below the crafting recipes for the armor set (Note: These are crafted on a Crafting Table):
  • 1 UAE Themed Helmet: 1 Green Dye on Row 1 & Column 2, 1 Leather Helmet on Row 1 & Column 1

  • 1 UAE Themed Chestplate: 1 UAE Flag on Row 1 & Column 2, 1 Leather Chestplate on Row 1 & Column 1

  • 1 UAE Themed Boots: 1 Green Dye on Row 1 & Column 2, 1 Leather Boots on Row 1 & Column 1

UAE Flag

The UAE Flag is a hand-held item that can be used to show the UAE Flag. It does not perform any functions and its sole purpose is to be held in hand or to be placed in item frames (if you want to do so). This UAE Flag can be used to craft the UAE Themed Chestplate as mentioned above. Now the crafting recipe to craft 1 UAE Flag (Note: This is crafted on a Crafting Bench) is to have 1 Red Dye on Row 1 & Column 1, 1 White Wool on Row 2 & Column 1, 1 Stick on Row 3 & Column 1, 1 Green Dye on Row 1 & Column 2, 1 White Dye on Row 2 & Column 2, and 1 Black Dye on Row 3 & Column 2.

Marhaban, Eid Al-Etihad, and UAE Flag Paintings

Display of The Paintings Specially Made For Eid al-Etihad

The Marhaban Painting (to the right-bottom) consists of a handwritten Arabic greeting مرحباً which translates to Hello or Hi. Then next we have is the UAE Flag Painting (to the right-top) which consists of the UAE Flag with a border around it. Lastly we have the Eid Al-Etihad Painting (to the left) which consists of a small UAE Flag that is drawn vertically, alongside having a handwritten Arabic phrase عيد الاتحاد which translates to Eid Al-Etihad. Now, there is no specific recipe and the only recipe is to follow the in-game Vanilla Painting recipe, and then randomly try to get the painting. But yea, one thing I shall must inform you:
  • The dimensions of the Marhaban Painting is 1 block high and 2 blocks wide.
  • The dimensions of the UAE Flag Painting is 1 block high and 2 blocks wide.
  • The dimensions of the Eid Al-Etihad Painting is 2 blocks high and 2 blocks wide.

Eid Al-Etihad Special Food Items: Maamoul and Harees With Chicken & Lamb Variants

Display of Some of The Food Items Ate At Eid al-Etihad

  • The Maamoul is a traditional, delicious Middle Eastern shortbread cookie that is butter-filled, made with semolina flour, and filled with dates, pistachios or walnuts. It can also have many more fillings such as chocolate. This food is traditionally eaten in Arab occasions, therefore making it a must-have delicacy during Eid al-Etihad. The crafting recipe to make 1 Maamoul (Note: This is crafted in a Crafting Table) is 3 Wheat on Row 1, 3 Sugar on Row 2, and 1 Cocoa Beans on Row 3 & Column 2.

  • The Harees is traditional porridge-like dish made from boiled coarsely grounded wheat mixed with meat (typically chicken & lamb) and seasoned. It a popular dish in the Arabian Gulf, especially in the UAE, making it a must-have delicacy during special occasions and during the prosperous days of Eid al-Etihad. To make sure everyone's choices are fulfilled, we've added two variants of harees, one with chicken and another one with lamb (basically mutton). The common crafting recipe (Note: This is crafted in Crafting Table and the two variants of Harees can be fed to dogs and other animals too!) for the Harees is 1 Bowl on Row 1 & Column 1, 1 Wheat on Row 1 & Column 2, and a meat of your choice (1 Cooked Chicken for Harees With Chicken or 1 Cooked Mutton for Harees With Lamb) on Row 1 & Column 3.

How to Install and Play This Mod?

This is a Fabric mod created on MCreator (shoutout to the development team of MCreator!) version 2025.3. Therefore, it is very important that the versions of the Fabric API and Fabric are exactly what we mention here. This mod is playable only on 1.21.8 as MCreator hadn't supported the latest version yet. Please follow the steps to play this mod.

  1. Install Fabric 17.2: Head to the official Fabric download page, and install the .exe file or a universal .jar (if you have Java installed). Then, run it, and make sure you select the 'Client' tab, select '1.21.8' in the 'Minecraft Version' dropdown, select '0.17.2' in the 'Loader Version' dropdown and hit the 'Install' button. To verify whether your Fabric profile has been created, open Minecraft Launcher (or whatever launcher you're using), and check that the Fabric profile is present and that it matches the 'Minecraft Version' and 'Loader Version' mentioned above.
  2. Download and Place Fabric API in 'Mods' Folder: Next, click here to download Fabric API version 0.133.4+1.21.8. After your download is complete, open your 'mods' folder in '.minecraft' present in your user profile's AppData --> Roaming folder (if not present, create the folder). Then, place the Fabric API over there (extension should be .jar).
  3. Download Our Mod and Place it in 'Mods' Folder: Before you start this step, make sure you've installed the correct Loader Version (which is 0.17.2) and the correct Fabric API version (which is 0.133.4+1.21.8). Then, download our mod and place it in the 'Mods' folder.
  4. Enjoy Playing Our Mod: After these 3 steps, play the Fabric profile, and enjoy our special edition mod designed for 54th Eid al-Etihad. If you encounter any issues or bugs, go through all previous 3 steps, or report the bug by contacting us or commenting. Hope you enjoy the mod! :)
